Product Description

1.Platform The base platform is a rugged one-piece welded steel frame, stress relieved and precision machined. The working surface is 1'PVC with a high-flow air grid pattern. Upon installation, the surface is machined in place to insure a flat surface. 1PVC. The gantry's X and Y movement are driven by high-quality servo motors on gear rack rails. The Z axis combines a ball screw drive with a servo motor (Servo motors by Panasonic, Japan, which ensures machine to run with fast speed and low noise.)

2.I-cut Camera & Software

The I-cut camera with its fast video capture board is capable of reading the register marks accurately. It is compatible with the industry's leading RIP and printer manufacturers. I-cut vision's patented means of distortion compensation enables the Signkey Flated Bed Cutter to produce error free results.

3Tools(Multi Tool Head features four stations)

 4.If necessary the router motor can be replaced in minutes. The knife stations accept different tool holders like kiss-cut, crease as well as the fixed and oscillating knifes. Tool holders are interchangeable and can be changed in seconds. The Signkey tool holders accept blades and bits offered by I-cut. Signkeyi-cut. 5.Optional Heavy Duty Router Spindle: The standard Signkey router spindle is rated for most substrates used in the Wide Format Printing Industry. If needed, the standard spindle (included) can be replaced from a range of heavy duty spindles. 6.Vacuum The work surface is divided in zones; Four for the 4 X 8 ft. Model and six for the 5 X 10 ft. Model. Each zone has its own vacuum pump controlled by individual "on/off" buttons on the front panel. The power of the pumps is configured for most substrates used in Wide Format Printing.
